What a summer. I am sure that is the tone for everyone. Whether you have lived your best quarantine life or struggled with the virus itself, 2020 has not been the “clear vision” year we had planned for, but hopefully, you have made the most of it. At the same time, you are socially distant, of course.
If you know me, you know that my life is anything but slow and still. And even in a global pandemic, I will find a way to do anything but sit and relax. For any of you who follow the Enneagram, I am a three. And though that brings challenges of its own, I am also a Scorpio. On top of that, my five core strengths are Individualization, Significance, Arranger, Futuristic, and Relator. I go fast, I go strategically hard, and I will have big passionate feelings in the process. Does this work in my favor? Sometimes. Does it mean I have big crashes? Sometimes. Is it a blessing and a curse? Always.
So what happens to a person like me when the world stops?
You complete every home project you had on the list for this summer, next summer, and even the following summer.
Before I go any farther, I must say… I am not a construction professional. I don’t own a real estate company, and though I’d love too, I am not in the business of flipping houses. I just a normal mom with an average career, who loves HGTV, demo-ing her home and spends WAY TOO MUCH time in Lowe’s.
Not only will I give tips and tricks on DIY home projects, but I will also write about some of the fun gardening findings. If you love learning about new things and channeling your inner Barbie, you will enjoy my well-rounded blog!
